College Bookstore Reorders
Call, email, or fax your PO# number, author, title, isbn, and quantity to contacts in #1 above. Allow 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. Allow 4-7 days to arrive. We ship FedEx ground unless you specify otherwise.

Instructor Exam Copy Requests must include instructor name, course name/number, enrollment, and decision date.
Requests will ship 24 hours of receipt and shipped ground at our expense. Air will be at your expense.
Novus Publishing Bookstores Returns Policy
- 5% returns allowed on orders within 1 year of invoice date.
- Fax your returns request to 805.649.3262 or email to returns@novuspublishing.com for Returns Authorization number first.
- Sales credit will be applied and credit memo issued for all copies returned in saleable condition.
- All Returns request must include your original PO#, invoice date, purchase order number, original quantity ordered.
- Ship all approved returns with RA # to: 1696 Tewa Court, Ojai CA 93023-9407 Attn: Returns Dept.
